✅ We offer a 7-day refund on all course purchases if you are not satisfied.
Course Purchases
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content
- To request a refund, email us at support@tradingshastra.in with your purchase details and reason
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Refund requests after 7 days of purchase are not eligible, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Live Class Bookings
- Class bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class
- If a class is cancelled by TradingShastra, a full refund will be issued automatically
1-on-1 Mentorship
- Due to the personalized nature of mentorship, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Please contact us before purchase if you have any concerns
