Refund Policy

Course Purchases

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content
• To request a refund, email us at support@tradingshastra.in with your purchase details and reason
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• Refund requests after 7 days of purchase are not eligible, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Live Class Bookings

• Class bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class
• If a class is cancelled by TradingShastra, a full refund will be issued automatically

1-on-1 Mentorship

• Due to the personalized nature of mentorship, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Please contact us before purchase if you have any concerns

• Your full name and email used for purchase
• Your Razorpay payment ID
• Reason for refund request
